When you cannot manage without a lawyer

If even one item applies to you, doing it yourself takes long, is stressful and risks a refusal.

You have children under 18

The other spouse objects, stays silent or has disappeared

You are abroad

Marriage to a foreigner or concluded abroad

The marriage certificate is lost

You decided to divorce together but do not know how

What the lawyer's fee includes

Your fee under the agreement includes:

Your time

No travelling to courts and no queues. You live your life while I handle the case.

Your peace of mind

Your case is mine — you do not need to worry. All communication goes through the lawyer.

The case does not sit on a shelf

Air-raid alerts, power cuts, judges' sick leave, court office delays — all of this holds cases up. I keep your case under control.

No errors in documents

Preparing and filing the claim and all documents, representation in court. A mistake in the claim means a postponed hearing or a refusal.

An honest price

Full support of the case until the court decision at the price fixed in the agreement. No extra charges for each hearing.

How will our work and the court process go?

Four steps from the form to the court decision. Your part is only documents and signing the agreement.

1. Form and reply (day 1):

You fill in the form or write on Viber, Telegram or WhatsApp. I answer personally: price and action plan.

2. Agreement:

You send photos of documents. We sign the agreement remotely.

3. Court — without you:

I prepare and file the claim, represent you in court and keep the case under control until the decision.

4. The decision is with you:

After the decision enters into legal force, I obtain it on paper, with seals and signatures. I make sure the civil registry office (DRACS) enters the note on the dissolution of the marriage, and hand the decision to you.

Ask the lawyer a question
To start the case, what matters is your decision and wish. How the other side behaves and how to respond to it in court is the lawyer's job: how the position is built determines how long the case takes. Tell me your situation and I will tell you how to act in your specific case.
Yes, but only through the court: spouses with children cannot divorce through Diia or the civil registry office (DRACS). The court decides not only the divorce but also who the children live with, child support and contact with the child, and mistakes in these documents are slow and costly to fix later. I take this part on completely.
In my practice, roughly three months until the decision enters into legal force. The time depends on the court, on the other side and on how correctly the documents are prepared: one mistake in the claim and the case drags on for months.
This is not an obstacle, but requirements differ from court to court: some accept a copy, in others the case stops until the original is obtained. I know in advance what is needed and, if necessary, arrange a duplicate certificate myself, remotely.
Yes. Your presence is not required: from you — your decision, photos of documents and a remotely signed agreement; I do the rest. Cases "from abroad" have their own specifics, and those are exactly where people who file on their own most often stumble.
Formally, yes. In practice claims are returned over small things — the wrong court, an incorrect fee, an incomplete set of documents — and every return means new costs and lost months. A lawyer removes these risks and takes the case to a decision at the price fixed in the agreement.
Yes, Ukrainian courts hear such cases, and you do not need to come. But this is one of the most complex categories: foreign documents, translations, notifying the foreign spouse — every inaccuracy postpones the case. The cost is from UAH 12,000; what exactly will be needed I will tell you after checking your situation.
As a rule, yes, and in Ukraine it is usually faster and cheaper than abroad. Whether your case fits depends on many details — citizenship, place of residence, documents — so I check this before the agreement is signed. The cost is from UAH 12,000.
From you — photos of the main documents: passport, marriage certificate, children's birth certificates, if any. A notarised power of attorney is not needed. The final list depends on your situation, and a missing document is the most common reason a court leaves a claim without movement — so I draw up the list for you individually.
The correct court is determined by several conditions, and a mistake here costs a returned claim and months of delay. I determine this myself before the agreement is signed — you do not need to figure it out.
You can divorce in this case too. But such cases need special preparation, otherwise the hearing is postponed again and again. Tell me what is known — from there I know how to proceed.
In 2026 — UAH 1,331.20, paid separately from the lawyer's fee. If other issues are resolved together (for example, division of property), the amount is different — I calculate the exact sum before filing, because an incorrectly paid fee is one of the most common reasons a claim is returned.
It can — most often at the other side's request. The reconciliation period is up to six months (Part 7, Article 240 of the Civil Procedure Code), and in practice courts set from one to three–six months. But if you categorically do not agree to reconciliation and this is properly substantiated, the court may refuse such a period or set the minimum one. This is exactly what I do in court so that the case does not drag on for months.
Yes. The law used to forbid this, but the ban was repealed by Law No. 4073-IX of 20.11.2024. Many people still rely on the old rules — it is better to check your situation with a lawyer right away.
From the day the court decision enters into legal force — after that it still has to reach the civil registry office (DRACS). Decisions often "get stuck" at this stage, so I follow the case to the end and hand you the finished decision.
As a rule, yes. But foreign documents must be properly prepared for a Ukrainian court, and requirements depend on the country — this is why claims are returned most often. I check the documents before the agreement is signed.
Yes. But what is better combined in one case and what should be filed separately depends on your situation: a poor decision can drag the divorce itself out for months. We decide this at the consultation.
